The Agadir Horticultural Complex offers a high-level certified training program called 'Farm Manager.' Taught by renowned national and international experts, this program aims to develop profiles of managers and leaders in the field of horticulture. In addition to technical and scientific aspects, participants will acquire project management skills, team mobilization abilities, and strategic decision-making capabilities, enabling them to thrive in a complex and uncertain agricultural environment.

The 'Farm Manager' program provides participants with an interactive platform to exchange and analyze best practices and technical and managerial strategies in the horticultural sector. Through learning methods such as presentations, roundtable discussions, and case studies, participants will delve into the challenges and opportunities of horticulture while familiarizing themselves with the latest technological advancements.
